Why are Anytime World Wide prices so low?

We distribute our products throughout the world. We maintain low overheads and high volume so you can benefit with huge savings.

How can I get free delivery?

Yes, we offer free shipping based on the dollar value of your order. If your order is $20,000.00 or more, shipping within the United States we pay the freight. There are execptions to this freight policy if you are located in a high freight zone, such as Alaska, for example. We will still attempt to absorb as much of the shipping charges as possible, while still maintaining a small margin. In any event if Anytime World Wide needs to adjust its freight policy, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

I have a large requirement, is there a better price?

We want to provide all our customers with not simply the lowest price, but the lowest delivered price. There is usually additional savings that can be passed along to large enough orders. Anytime World Wide welcomes any request for pricing review in the hopes of added savings for the customer. Please call, fax or e-mail any request for quotes to us.

How is the order shipped?

All items are delivered by ground using UPS, Fedex, USPS, or freight delivery companies when the products are oversized or heavy. Arrangements can be made for inside delivery, residential delivery, and non-dock delivery in the case of heavy shipments. We must have a valid street address. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. Box or Mail Boxes.

When will I receive my order?

The general rule is stock items will usually ship within 72 hours (there can be exceptions). Depending on the size of the item, the weight of the item, and the delivery location allow from 5 to 14 business days in transit shipping time.

How do I track my order?

Once the item has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with shipping information (item, quantity, shipping address, carrier and tracking number).

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellation as long as the order is not being produced special and has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped, we will have to charge the freight cost charged to us since we can't stop shipments in transit. All cancellations must be in writing, faxed or e-mailed.

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon Anytime World Wide acceptance of the order detailing all charges for products, freight if any, sales taxes if located in the State of California. Please verify this information and contact us if there are any changes to the order.

What is your privacy policy?

Anytime World Wide firmly believes in customer confidentiality. We will not distribute or sell any of your information. All information is used solely to process your order.

Cash Discounts
A 5% trade cash discount is offered from merchandise total excluding any freight for prepaid orders with check sent by USPS mail or express envelopes (USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) This does not apply to payments by credit card since we are charged fees for processing the payment.

Bid Discounts
All requests for bids include the cost for merchandise, freight, volume and trade cash discounts. Each bid is reviewed based on the dollar value, type of product, and ship to location to determine if added discounts or freight allowances can be offered. Bids requested before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed and faxed the same day, after 3:00 PM processing and faxing is the next business day.

Freight Discounts
We have a standard charge of $34.95 for freight and processing of orders that are less than $100. Freight costs are computed based on ship to zip code location, fuel surcharge, freight carrier minimum charges and/or size and weight of products ordered. Freight charges are based on delivery to company docks. Carriers charge extra fees for residential deliveries, deliveries of large or heavy items needing a liftgate to unload to ground level, call before delivery request, inside delivery request (means carrier takes shipment off of truck and moves it to closest indoor location). For any special requirements please specify in Comments/Ordering Instructions area located near the bottom of the Order Form.

Customer Freight Carriers
Due to our high volumes of shipments, the freight carriers we use offer us large discounts from their normal price structures. These savings are passed on to you, our customer, and added to your invoice. For customers with special relationships or contracts with their own carriers, and who would prefer for us to use those carriers, please supply us with the name of the carrier, carrier phone number, and your account number.
